How to Automate an Audience update

I have created an audience to equal a specific target-global-mbox , these are member numbers that have a number of special criteria we are looking for. However, these member numbers update daily and we have to manually paste them into the audience.

Is there a way to automate the process?

@wyndep are you saying you have an audience in Target with member IDs and that the list is constantly being updated? If so have you looked at the audience api? Link below.
