Homepage Hard Default/Fail Rate Benchmark

For a variety of reasons, there are occasions where Adobe Target does not render on our Homepage, and shows the Hard/Page Default to users.

While some of this is expected, I'm trying to understand if there is an expected benchmark that people see.
