This article lists out the various methods available for getting data into Target, which ultimately boils down to:
i) Send params in the request from the client (i.e. if CDP data can be exposed in the data layer)
ii) Use profile APIs to send bulk/individual profile updates
iii) Upload CSV containing profile data to Customer Attributes

    How I will export Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights segments to Adobe Target?

    Assuming you can export a list of IDs from MS Customer Insights, then you will be able to ingest that data using option ii) or iii) that I listed above.
