Giga Sign Problem

I have used Adobe Sign in the past and just got Giga Sign installed.  When using Giga Sign I choose the CSV file with the send information prefilled.  On the right side there is the folder information.  When I click browse and then choose library nothing happens.  I should be getting Adobe Sign templates to choose from.  When the integration key was setup the IT person said the library read was selected.  Does anyone know what is causing the problem?
