I tried multiple time to create before yesterday it was working fine.

Can you please check in other browser or in private mode?

 

Sometimes this issue occurs due to network problem as well.

 

If issue persist then contact Adobe client care.

Thanks for Response.
I tried it but still same issues showing sync only and getting failed folder.

I got the same issue yesterday. Today it seems to be working as expected. There's definitely something up with Adobe's servers.
