Exists a range of time between create a Data Element in Adobe Launch and see that Data Element in Adobe Target Audience?

I create a Data Element in Adobe Launch and I can't see that Data Element in Adobe Target Audience. Exists a range of time to see it?

You have to pass the data via mBox parameter or profile paraments to be able to select in Target Audiences
