Dynamic content testing on a website using Adobe Target

Hi, I'm looking for documentation/ guidance to understand how to use dynamic content to test targeting specific audiences on a website using Adobe Target and being able to measure lift/performance. Specifically looking to understand, 1) what's required and 2) how to set up dynamic experience on the website using Target. Thanks.
