Double page loads

We have implemented Adobe Target on our website and I have noticed that some of our pages now load twice. Could anyone provide some insights as to why this is happening?

Strange that no one has responded so far. I only ever see such double loads on Adobe-related sites, whether Adobe's own site, or sites using Adobe tools (such as Dynamic Tag Manager).
