Does traffic to anchor link affect the A/B test?

Hello team,

We set up an A/B test with Experience A for one URL, and Experience B as a redirect to another URL. Team is going to start an email campaign to drive traffic to a specific section on that page through anchor link. Would this traffic be captured in A/B test that we set up originally?
