Create a Pseudo Geofence Audience Using Lat/Long?

Hi everyone,

I am looking to create an "in-venue" personalization.  I'd like to add an audience that creates a bit of a geofence but I am struggling with the way Lat and Long are set up in Target.  (I am also adding ZIP code and WiFi IP addresses)

I would need a tool/system where I can pinpoint a location, note a 5 mile radius or something like that and get an output of Lat > xxx degrees, Lat < xxx degrees & Long > -xxx degrees, Long < xxx degrees.

Does anyone have any experience with this or ideas to assist?

This link below will output what Adobe Target/Adobe Analytics has mapped to your IP address.  You can use this to get your lat/long and then validate if you find something that gives you your lat/long radius.
