Content Fragment Sync With adobe Target is Failed

I already creating my adobe target configuration , IMS configuration , and also the legacy cloud service configuration.
But when I try to Export my content fragment to adobe target is Failed is somebody know what is the issue ?
But if in experience fragment is working fine.
