Category Affinity in Adobe Target Standard

Question

Hi All,We are using Adobe Target Standard in our implementation. We have only one mbox defined (Global mBox). I am trying to pass the product category information to Target using data elements in DTM. However, category information is not getting passed from DTM to Target. Also, I am defining user.categoryId parameter in DTM to pass the category to Target & hoping to get "frequently visited categories" in category affinity array. Should I use user.categoryId or just categoryId? I am totally confused on how to pass the category information from DTM to Target & populate the same in the array which can be used in Target?I would like to verify whether my approach is correct here? If not then what is the correct approach to populate favorite categories in category affinities array?Appreciate your responsesThank YouKamesh

Hi Kamesh,Below link has more information on the same:Category Affinity Since you are on Target Standard, you can use user.categoryID to pass it with along with Global Mbox.
