Cant create a test for mobile apps

Hello guys.

Soo a couple days ago I start to notice a few changes for tests in mobile apps. 

First question why Target VEC extension for launch is discontinued? There will be a new one extension for VEC? Or Target extension will make it all without any other?

And in Target I dont have an APP option no more. When I click in Create Activity I only can choose if the test will be Visual or Form (Print in the post). Did I lost any news about A/B Tests for mobile apps?
