Calculating returning visitor

Hi,

 

I would like to do an experience targeting that only 2nd time and above, returning visitor will see my message. Can I know how is this setting being set up?

    @weng84  you may try using a profile script to set a counter for  number of times a visitor visits your page . And then use this profile script in creating an audience segment and set a static value ( example frequency >3).
