AEM to Target Integration best practice

Just wanted to reach out to the community about AEM to Target integration solutions

1. Configure Target cloud services on AEM and create activities and offers on AEM itself which gets synchronizes with Target

2. Other option is to configure AEM with DTM, then add Target Tool inside DTM

Out of these two which one is recommended approach?

Hi Sanjeev, 

The option 1 & 2 arne't mutually exclusive as you can use AEM + Target + DTM. You can use the AEM 6.1 or 6.2 integration via cloud services and deploy the library file via DTM which will lalso let you do Visitor ID Services  (but not AT.JS). Hence this is the recommended approach.
