Adobe Target Node SDK implemenation on React Code base

Hello there,

Is there a clear document somewhere that has clear straightforward information about SSR NodeJS SDK implementation? The official documentation is old, vague, and confusing for the most part and I need to know clear and straightforward steps if possible.

I am getting a response from Adobe Target for my server request with details like tnt, clientID but it's not fetching any offers from the view. Also, I see this Artifactory error every time not sure how to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated.
