Adobe target Error in VEC- Sorry the page requested was refused by server

Hello Folks, 

 

I am getting errors while creating activities in Adobe Target. Error is "Sorry the page requested was refused by server". I tried with all browsers but still had the same issue. I checked with cookie issue with browser but no issue with it. 

 

 

I could see error in console of Adobe target activity page. Is there any issue? It's already worked before. Please advise me.

    Two options to try:
    i) Download the VEC helper here
    ii) Click the Configure (gear icon) option, select Page Delivery, toggle on Enable Enhanced Composer

      Hello! I am still receiving the error message even though I have toggled on Enable Enhance Composer, and downloading the VEC is not available to me. 
      Is there another way I can work through this error?

      I'd suggest having a look through this document and following the different troubleshooting suggestions, as there are a few different possible root causes. 

       

      If you haven't done already, I'd suggest raising this with Customer Care as they will be able to help narrow down the root cause
