Adobe Target - Category Affinity

I have created a simple XT activity based on Category Affinity. The Activity is working only on normal Chrome browser. It doesnt work in Firefox, Edge and chrome Incognito. Is there any settings I need to change in the browser.

Ca you debug the Target mbox call. You may want to use Adobe debugger or browser developer tools (network tab). Just check that the parameter categoryId is set with the right value(s).

Hi @SpandanaIn1, 

There should not be any browser specific settings to get category affinity working. Are other Target activities besides the category affinity working across those same browsers?
