Adobe Target A/B Testing Multiple Page vs Page Delivery

Hi Everyone
Am new to Adobe Target, can anyone tell me the difference between Multiple Page vs Page Delivery in the VEC features.

I would like to understand When to use Default Multiple page and Page Delivery in the A/B Testing.

    I think the Note section on this page provides a good explanation:

     

    Multipage activities are designed for activities where the same offer has a different appearance on multiple pages. If the offer appears the same on all pages, a template test is more efficient.

     

    In this explanation, "template test" is just another term for adding conditions via Page Delivery
