Access to the log files for Adobe Target

Hi,

1. If we need access to the log files created by Adobe Target, who provides access to them?

2. Does Adobe Target create log files at all?

Hi Rama, thanks for your question - just as mentioned in the answer to this thread, it is not possible to log when a user accesses their Target account. This was available in Target Classic, but not in Target Standard/ Premium. You can read more about the differences between the two versions here: Transitioning from Target Classic to Target Standard Premium. Hope this helps!

Hi Rama, thanks for your question - just as mentioned in the answer to this thread, it is not possible to log when a user accesses their Target account.
