A4T not available in Target Sandbox

Question

I am trying to configure A4T on a Sandbox Target.

When I try to edit an activity in Target, it says "Target is the only reporting source available. Please make sure you have Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics enabled in order to be able to use it as a reporting source instead"

I go to Administration -> Reporting and try to find A4T-related items, but there are none. I don't see them on the other tabs, either.

I have access to Adobe Analytics, and I am an Approver in Target. They are both added as extensions to Adobe Launch, together with "Experience Cloud ID Service". I created a report suite in AA, and the application is sending data there.

Could you please suggest what I should do to enable A4T?

For implementing Adobe Analytics as the reporting source for Adobe Target, you need to ensure below pointers:

-Request provisioning form for Analytics and Target is completed successfully.

-User account requirements must be met and configure to the Web Services Access group in Analytics which is required to be able to use Analytics as the reporting source for Target.
