A/B URL Redirect

I have two versions of a site and I have at.js implemented on both sites.

In reading the documentation at Create Redirect Offers and Redirect to a URL I cannot understand the following

Do I NEED A4T in order to implement an A/B URL redirect?

I currently do not have Adobe Analytics access and was not aware that this was a requirement.

hey,

I think you misread. you DON'T need A4T for creating Redirect Campaigns.

however, if you have A4T implemented (through which you can see reports in Adobe Analytics), then it has to meet certain criteria.
