Limitation on fetching Max number of Entities in Target recommendation design

Description - For fetching Entities in Target recommendation, maximum number of entities that can be referenced in a design, either hardcoded or via loops, is 99. 

Why is this feature important to you - Offers are core of our business. Fetching just 99 is limiting us to show only limited offers

How would you like the feature to work - Default can remain as 99, but this should be configurable if any customer needs to fetch more entities.

Current Behaviour - 99 is the hard limit. You can't fetch more entities after 99.
