Why is another tool (Adobe Analytics) required to determine the usage of our Adobe Target agreement?

    Is there a reason that Adobe Target does not have it's own billing/agreement usage tab within the platform?  What is the advantage of using a secondary tool to determine usage of the primary tool?

    I wonder what secondary tool can indicate the total number of Target mbox or API calls for a given time period?
