Why cant I schedule exam through Examity for next year right now?
Now matter what exam I am selecting it is only showing till the end as dates available

Which exam are you trying to schedule? If you are trying to schedule AD0-600 and ADO-601 then they will expire in December and that is why you can't schedule them for Jan.
I just tried with Target Master and I can schedule the exam for Jan.
