Unable to find 'Download Link Instances' metric in Datawarehouse

Hi,

I am trying to schedule reports from Datawarehouse to a FTP location. However, I am not getting any option to add 'Download Link Instances' metric (this metric is available for the reporting suite in the report created in workspace). Two, I am unable to find the 'Download Link' dimension in datawarehouse (again available in the report). I am stuck and unable to get the data. Anyone can help?

@varunima I think some of those metrics may not be supported.

Read list of components supported & not supported here

It will be available in workspace but not really within data warehouse export.

Also the workaround would be to pass these into custom dimensions (evar/prop) and custom metric if you do not have already one.

Hope that helps.

Hi Chetanya,

Not sure what you mean by product. I am using data warehouse feature of Adobe Analytics for page views and download instances of a web page. Not able to get the download instances option.
