I'm trying to add custom identity namespaces for my organisation but, I didn't find the URL of the adobe experience platform identity services UI. Pls share the URL for the same.

Hi, 

I think ECID is the client side module providing access to identity management.

You can always start on the home page:

https://platform.adobe.com/home

And click on the word "Identities" on the left hand side of the page.
