Retrieving One Click Unsubscribe Data in Real Time

Hi all, 

 

I have a bit of an urgent ask.

 

Is there a way to retrieve one click unsubscribe data for emails sent from AJO in real time for export to a destination? I am aware that the profile snapshot dataset updates when a user unsubscribes but that is saved in a nested structure and would require data distiller to query the value. 

 

Is there another way to see which users unsubscribed using one click unsubscribe? and does this happen in near real time?

@trojan_horse: Here goes the solution for this use case.

1) Any interaction with email be it open, click and unsubscribe will log in to "AJO Email Tracking Experience Event Dataset" which in turn will be attached to your profile, you can verify your case by sending a email to your self and try to do optout, and verify that your profile events will have a event of interactionType as "unsubscribe" (screenshot below)  .

 

 

2) Once you are able figure out above user interaction, create an streaming segment to filter above event to get the segmented consumers.

3) Activate the audience with profile attributes to streaming destination to achieve near real time activation.

Hello @trojan_horse : Can you please elaborate more on the real time export? Do you Realtime CDP Ultimate SKU purchased?

Yes the client does have the realtime ultimate sku purchased. We would like to send the email address of the user who unsubscribed to a destination or using custom actions in real time.
