Restoring JuptyerLab Notebooks

Our team signed into the platform this morning and realized all of our JuptyerLab notebooks had been deleted - guessing Adobe made a mistake when they made a recent update, but still waiting to hear from support. Is there a way to restore them?

Hi @coreyac1,

We had a similar scenario and we lost a lot of notebooks on production. Please raise a support ticket and the Adobe team will be able to help you restore your notebooks.

Thanks @chetanyajain-1! We did open a support ticket and it does indeed sound like they may be able to restore the data, but they aren't sure what caused the files to disappear. Good example of why notebooks should be synced with Git.

My strong recommendation is to sync changes back to GIT daily. If the APIs are available to get notebooks, automate the process within the dev team.
