Query Service Initializing connection not working

Hi 

 

I keep getting into this error where I try to access query service and the "Initializing connection..." message in the terminal never disappear and therefore I cannot run queries.

 

I tried clearing the cache, reloading the page multiple times and restarting the browser, but nothing works. This has happened multiple times in a sporadic way. I check Adobe Status page and everything is suppose to be fine. 

 

Have this ever happen to anyone else? What is the solution?
