Not able to see the Batch evaluation under monitoring tab

Hi Team,

 

I am not able to see the batch evaluation details under monitoring tab, there is only export details. Do we need an additional admin access request. Please confirm.

Hi @YashwanthPo  - I don't think its a permission issue. It clearly says "No runs" which means your segement has not been evaluated. Did you selected add segment to schedule to get it picked automatically by the scheduled job?

Where can i add the segment to schedule. Please suggest.

Hello , please go to audiences tab and you could see a toggle to schedule all audiences

Hi @YashwanthPo  - You can call the fetch segment schedule api to fetch the details
