Not able to connect to the Salesforce Service Cloud by using our source connector

Hello, Expert.

 

I have tried many ways to connect to customer Salesforce Service Cloud by using our source connector, but it was failed at the end as the screenshot below. I’m not sure if any consultants have similar experience with this and could assist me in sorting it out. Thank you incredibly much.

@Jamantai Here's couple of things i would do to debug 

 

  1. Failing to add your region-specific IP addresses: Have you added ip address to allow list? 
  2. Have you tested the credentials work outside of AEP UI? may be using postman?
