No data in Audience Creation

Question

Hi,

I have created Individual Profile Schema. Then I have create a dataset which I have successfuly ingested the data into the dataset. Then I checked in the profile and the profile have been successfully created. However, when I try to create audince using attributes using my custom fields as a (schingDeviceID = Exists) the audience shows there are no data associated with having this attributes. However, as the image displays in profiles, it shows that there are records that attributes schingDeviceID exists. Does know how I could resolve this issue so that I am able to create audience? Please let me know if you need anymore information. Thankyou

Hi @chanutejo ,Have you tried using "Refresh estimate" option? This should give you atleast the Estimated Profiles based on your segment rules.The Qualified Profiles property is not populated real-time on every profile creation or attribute update. These properties are updated based on segment evaluation job runs which are run every 24 hours as mentioned in Segment definition properties documentation. If you don't want to wait till the automated evaluation job run you can perform an on-demand segment evaluation run to get the qualified profiles for this segment.Cheers!
