is it possible to push AEP Alerts Journaling API events data other than any webhook destination?

we see in the Journaling API event data push to webhook is real time, but Organization blocks that webhook access, is there any alternative approach for this events streaming may be in to AWS kinesis or Splunk or Kibana?
