Inquiry about request limits for the API used to query profiles by email in Adobe Experience Platform

Hello, Adobe Support Team,

We are using the Adobe Experience Platform API to query real-time profiles based on email addresses. However, we have encountered errors indicating that we have reached the allowed request limit.

Could you please confirm the maximum number of requests allowed per minute, hour, or day for this specific endpoint?

Hello @grennys,

 

This is purely based on entitlements your organization have procured, please reach out to internal group(who manages vendor contracts) or Adobe TAM  or Adobe Pre-sales to get more details on your entitlements.

 

Furthermore non-production and production entitlements could be different and always you can opt-in for additional add-ons based on the need your organization might have.

Furthermore non-production and production entitlements could be different and always you can opt-in for additional add-ons based on the need your organization might have.

    Are you using the profile api for lookup to for validation testing or is being down for another means?
