Identity Service - data older than 180 days
Hi,
I have seen in documentation that Identity Service removes data older than 180 days. Could you confirm this or I misunderstood this?

The Identity Service does not remove identities of its own unless specified.
The "Pseudonymous profiles data expiration" feature can be used to remove Profiles and Identities.
The documentation you are discussing outlines the error message you would get if you try to access the data beyond the specified TTL (time to live).
