Our requirement is to enrich the customer profile in real time. What is the fastest way to enrich the data in real time (say in below 1 min or max below 15 mins) . We have abandoned cart requirement where we have to show a pop-up with the data on items for which customer abandoned cart. Event Forwarding is one appraoch but trying to see if there are better approaches available.
