Event Forwarding - Property Duplication

If I duplicate an Event Forwarding property, what is actually copied?

  • Are the extensions / extension configurations copied?
    • including secrets / access tokens
  • Are all rules and data elements copied?

Okay thats great news, so only data elements are copied and the published libraries remain in the initial property?

Thanks,

Ty

Yes, you are not impacting the source property

Good one, I'd say give it a try!

I wouldn't be surprised if secrets don't get copied. Haven't tried it either

Cheers from Switzerland!

Haha, sounds good, I will try it.

I do have one question though, if the property is copied, will the published libraries still be published? or will they not even be created?

@bjoern__koth  do you have any documentation on this?

Duplicating a property has no effect on the initial published libraries. You will have to do a deployment of all items on the new one (click add all changed resources) and push them to prod (or at least do an initial build with them.
