I'm facing an issue while trying to create a Customer AI instance in Adobe Experience Platform.
**Service Instance Name:** `New_customer`
**Error Message:**
> "You currently have insufficient days of data, and we need more days of data. Please check the dataset to ensure it meets the service instance configuration or modify the eligible population/timeframe for the service instance."
> *(Error code: VALIDATION-407 NOT_ENOUGH_HISTORICAL_EVENT_DATA)*
**Details:**
- The service instance is enabled, but the last run status shows as "Failed."
- I suspect the issue is related to the dataset not having enough historical event data.
- I'm using [briefly describe the dataset, e.g., web events, purchase history, etc.].
- The scoring frequency is set to [e.g., daily/weekly].
**Questions:**
1. How many days of historical data are typically required for Customer AI to run successfully?
2. Is there a way to adjust the eligible population or timeframe to bypass this error?
3. Are there best practices for preparing datasets for Customer AI scoring?
