Debugging CJA Connection Backfill Failing

I have an issue where the backfill always fails in my CJA connection midValues data set. The midValues data set is created by the Adobe Analytics Source connection. The data set doesn't have any failures when ingesting data but it always fails when backfilling in CJA connection. Our team has checked everything, and we don't see anything wrong with configurations etc. I don't see any errors for backfill issues in CJA, in any of the logs I see.
