Data from Profile dataset is not available in CJA

Hi,

I have created a Dataview in CJA which includes all fields from both Profile and Event schema. When I am using this Dataview to create a report in CJA, I do not see any value for profile schema fields like email address or customer status etc. in CJA.

 

However the profile data set has those filed values (can see under dataset preview) and those are also visible under attribute in profile search. Is there anything else required to get profile dataset data in CJA?

Check for 2 things:

1. When yo created the DataView did you select the back fill option? It might take a few hours for the backfill to get processed. 

2. CJA doesn't report numbers when there is no event data associated with your person ids. For the time period you selected ensure there is event data linked to the person ids to pull the profile information as well.
