Customer AI scores availability in profiles

Hi,

 

I created 2 customer AI instances which have run successfully (evaluated weekly). The age of both the instances are about 8-9 days as of today and have been scored twice. But when I try to create segment using them (from High, medium, low propensity buckets), in audience page it shows "Estimate is not available because at least one item in your query does not have data". 

 

So, does it take this much time for the scores to populate in profiles and being available for segment building? How much time in general does it take for scores to populate in profiles?

 

Both the instances are profile enabled, and have a goal prediction period in next 30/60 days.

Are the scores and influential factors shown on profiles?

Hi @JmgMe1 ,

 

Yes, the propensity scores and Influencial factors (along with other fields) are available in profiles and while creating a segment.

Hi @SahuSa1,

 

The CustomerAI model datasetID should be enabled to profiles and added to your merge policy if not default. Then let the model run once, after next export process scores should be available.

Hi @JmgMe1 ,

 

The CAI model dataset is enabled for profile as while creating the model I had set enable for profile option. And we are using default merge policies..
