commerce/productViews Value KeyRequired in XDM Experience Class - Causing Data Ingestion Failures Occasionally

When using the XDM Experience Class, the Commerce/productViews/value field automatically shows as required. On all of our other 90+ sites we aren't seeing any issues not setting this field but on one site it causes data ingestion failures occasionally. Anyone else have this issue?

I found the issue. We had custom code in the update variable action. The web app has issues with timeouts which was causing the issue.
