Audience Creation Not been generated

Mostly depend on the type of segment you choose and if the data is already in AEP or would be send to AEP

This depends on when your segment evaluation job run processes for the day. The job runs every 24hrs, but starts at a time chosen by your organization. Once that evaluation job completes, the profile snapshot export job will also run and complete. After that, you will be able to see audiences qualifying profiles.
