Assurance issue "There was a problem saving the session"

Hi!!

We have been trying to implement Adobe Assurance and it worked fine in our test app, we created a session using the app´s deep link, I sent the session´s URL to the devs to insert in the sessionstart code in the app and we manage to debug the demo app.

However, now that we are trying to implement it in our real apps, assurance is not accepting the deep links and we are getting the errors:

We already tested out the deep links and they are working properly. we still can create new sessions with the deep link from the dummy app, but not with our projects´ apps.
Any idea of the reasons and how we can fix this?

Coming back here because we found out the issue was because our deep link has an underline. After opening a ticket, Adobe fixed the backend and now we can create sessions!

@fern1 What platform is this? ios/Android?

Do they have any restriction of using such feature in production env?

this single deep link works for both, iOS and Android.
the deep link was created the same way as the one from the test app (that one is actually working). They are both for dev apps.
