@indra-2 I just heard the term today morning for our profile collapse situation by Adobe AEP platform team, can you please share more  details if you have?

    Profiles collapsed due to the use of a shared device for logging into multiple accounts. As part of an interim solution, Adobe implemented a 'penalty box' system to prevent collapsed profiles from being evaluated into audiences and to isolate them
