We originally implemented AEP using B2C edition and recently purchased B2P. We have more than one ERP and CRM systems for different business units and the same customer account and contact may exist in more than one ERP, CRM systems.
In B2B Account class,
1. Will we store the source system id from one of the source systems in accountKey?
2. Will this mean there will be one record for this account per ERP/CRM system? then how do we indicate that the multiple records represent the same customer?
3. What are we supposed to store in extSourceSystemAudit in this class, which also has a externalKey(same set of fields as in accountKey)?
I have been looking for some sample schema model for similar use cases and haven't been successful. If any of you have done this and works well, appreciate if you can share your schema model.
