hello. I want to use the User management API but it doesn't activate even though I got the system admin privileges from the disable admin. I would appreciate if you could tell me the reason and the procedure how to do it.
Attached is a reference image of what user management looks like in the developer console currently, the plan I am using is enterprise.

You will need developer role to create project and then use Experience Platform APIs. This gives you access to users, groups, and entitlements for Adobe products and services.
Steps: Login into Developer console --> Create a Project --> Add Experience Platform API service to the project --> Provide API access to the created Project from AEP console Permissions section--> Generate credentials, Token and start using API.
