Save and build tag but stay on the edit screen

User Story

As a Launch user

I want to stay on the current tag configuration screen

So that I don't have to keep reopening the rules while making lots of small changes

Use Case

When you're working on a particularly involved piece of custom code, you want to make a small change and see its effect(s).  It's really cumbersome that you have to apply, save, build, test, navigate back to the custom code.  Please can there be an option when you're editing a tag to "save and build" without having to leave and come back?
