Image Request Not Firing

We have recently started the DTM to Launch migration process. Although our rules are firing and we can see them on console, the image request itself is not visible. We have checked under the Networks tab and Omnibug. 

Is there anything we are missing out on?

The image request (beacon) may not be fired if you did not add Adobe Analytics Send Beacon action into the rule.
